Under section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Mitchell Des Spence, Senior Solicitor, the New Zealand Treasury, give notice that on 1 March 2023 the Honourable Grant Robertson, Minister of Finance, the Honourable Dr Megan Woods, Minister of Housing, and the Honourable Michael Wood, Minister of Transport, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 163(1) of that Act (restrictions on giving of guarantees and indemnities), for Auckland Light Rail Limited to give indemnities to Aurecon New Zealand Limited and Arup New Zealand Limited.
