Pursuant to section 536(4) of the Education and Training Act 2020 (“Act”), I hereby appoint Simply Resolution Limited, to be responsible for administering the Domestic Tertiary Student Contract Dispute Resolution Scheme established under the Act.

This appointment is subject to the following condition: the operator must satisfy a review undertaken by the Ministry of Education of its first 12 months that it has performed well.
