Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 24 October 2023, which was granted under those regulations to Te Kainganui Incorporated, in respect of Te Kainganui Early Education Centre (60265) situated at 74 Tasman Street, Mt Cook, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
