Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 April 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Paua Poppetts Early Childhood Homebased Care Service Limited, in respect of PAUA Poppetts 2 (25350) situated at 24a Caronia Crescent, Lynfield, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
