Under section 30 Schedule 6 of the Education and Training Act 2020, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to The Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Christchurch in respect of any pupil at the following schools shall be:

a) Primary school, year 0 – 8

• A maximum of $500.00 (GST Excl.) per pupil per year for 2025 and 2026.
• a maximum of $550.00 (GST Excl.) per pupil per year for 2027; and
• a maximum of $600.00 (GST Excl.) per pupil per year from 2028.

b) Secondary School, year 9 – 13

• A maximum of $1,000.00 (GST Excl.) per pupil per year for 2025 and 2026.
• a maximum of $1,100.00 (GST Excl.) per pupil per year for 2027; and
• a maximum of $1,200.00 (GST Excl.) per pupil per year from 2028.
