Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 31 October 2023, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(e) and 244 of the Act, that Katelyn Rose Silvester be suspended from practice as a barrister and solicitor for one month commencing 31 October 2023.
