Pursuant to section 215 and clause 5 of Schedule 8 of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby recognise Te Wānanga o Aotearoa as a lead provider of a secondary-tertiary programme, namely a Trades Academy.

This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
