Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 19 August 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Lollipops Educare Centres Limited, in respect of Little Earth Montessori Rosedale (20582) situated at 8 Tarndale Grove, Rosedale, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
