Pursuant to section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 31 July 2023, I hereby give notice that, upon application from the licensee, I have varied the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited to:

1. add points in Australia as beyond points in its route entitlement; and
2. provide for the airline to increase its operating capacity from 11 to 18 return services per week with any aircraft type.

The variations took effect on 10 November 2023.
