Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 5 August 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Te Kōhanga Reo National Trust, in respect of Te Tapui Ohonga Reo (47712) situated at 76 Te Tapui Road, Matauri Bay.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
