Pursuant to section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 31 July 2023, I hereby give notice that I have varied the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licences issued to Air Canada, Air China International, Air Tahiti Nui, China Southern Airlines, Air Pacific Limited, Air Calédonie International, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, China Airlines, China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited, Jetstar Airways Pty Limited, Korean Air, Philippine Airlines Inc., Qantas Airways Limited, and Virgin Australia International Airlines Pty Ltd to remove the passenger capacity restrictions that were imposed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pursuant to section 87X(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 31 July 2023, I hereby give notice that I have varied the terms of the Open Aviation Market Licences issued to American Airlines Inc., Emirates Airline, Hawaiian Airlines, LAN Airlines S.A., Malaysia Airlines Berhad, and United Airlines Inc. to remove the passenger capacity restrictions that were imposed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
