Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

1. Title and commencement

(1) This notice may be cited as the Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of Electricity Southland Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2023.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of publication.

2. Change of name of requiring authority

The notice entitled Resource Management (Approval of Electricity Southland Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2010, dated 2 September 2010 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 September 2010, No. 120, page 3219 is hereby amended by replacing the name

“Electricity Southland Limited”

with

“Lakeland Network Limited”.
