Pursuant to section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 31 July 2023, I hereby give notice that, having received an application from Solomon Airlines Limited, I have varied the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to that airline in order that it might operate without restriction as to capacity, routes and traffic rights.

The variation took effect on 10 October 2023.
