Pursuant to section 87N(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 31 July 2023, notice is given that, having received an application from Myanmar Airways International of Yangon, Myanmar, I have granted the airline a Scheduled International Air Service Licence authorising it to carry on code-share services to and from New Zealand. The Licence has been issued for an indefinite term with effect from 10 October 2023.
