Section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Under section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I vary the approval, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 March 2008, No. 64, page 1855, of Northport (located at Ralph Trimmer Drive, Marsden Point and operated by Northport Limited CN: 1053421) as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft and cargo types subject to the limitations specified:

Limitations:

Northport is able to receive the following craft:

• Commercial Vessels
• Private Recreational Vessels
• Commercial Passenger Vessels
• Defence Force Craft

that are able to discharge the following risk good types:

• Containers and General Cargo
• Bulk Cargo (Non-approved Systems)
• Vehicles and Machinery
• Passengers, Crew and their Personal Effects

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 38–42 Bowen Street, Wellington.
