Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Glenn Tootill, Senior Solicitor, give notice that on or about 16 July 2023, the Honourable Grant Robertson, Minister of Finance, and the Honourable Dr Megan Woods, Minister of Housing, gave approvals, under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 161 of that Act, for Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities, and its subsidiaries, to enter into a debt security for the purpose of securing payment of a deposit.
