Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(b) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 August 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Antoinette Clark, in respect of The Rainbow Corner Early Learning Centre Blenheim (65620), situated at 17 Herbert Street, Blenheim.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
