Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 June 2015, which was granted under those regulations to Maree Allen, in respect of Bizzy Buddyz (3) (45825), situated at 76 Alexander Avenue, Whakatane.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
