Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(b) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 December 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Scuola Montessori Masterton Ltd, in respect of Scuola Montessori (Masterton) (47800) situated at 332 Ngaumutawa Road, Solway, Masterton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
