Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 November 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Shanna Proctor, in respect of BestStart St Martins (70374) situated at 17 St Martins Road, St Martins, Christchurch.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
