Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 November 2013, which was granted under those regulations to Te Kōhanga Reo National Trust, in respect of Te Kōhanga Reo Aroha o Otangarei (18209) situated at William Jones Drive, Otangarei, Whangarei.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
