I, Sebastian Max Klinkum, Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 1 September 2023, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993, by virtue of the removal of ZYX Learning Centres (NZ) Limited, previously known as ABC Developmental Learning Centres (NZ) Limited from the Companies Register on 15 May 2018, with the right to $6,108.88 in funds held by the law firm MinterEllisonRuddWatts.
