I, Sebastian Max Klinkum, Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 1 September 2023, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993, by virtue of the removal of Plateau Farms Limited, Hillside Limited, Taharua Limited and Ferry View Farms Limited (together known as Crafar Farms) from the Companies Register on 7 June 2016, with the right to $6,089.37 in funds held by the law firm MinterEllisonRuddWatts.
