Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) and schedule 5, section 1(1) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety has appointed

Jennifer Kerr, of Hamilton

as Chair of the WorkSafe New Zealand Board, for a term of office commencing on 17 October 2022 and expiring on 16 October 2025.
