I, Dr Diana Sarfati, Director-General of Health, revoke the Health (Approval of Needles and Syringes) Notice 1996 [New Zealand Gazette, 29 August 1996, No. 94, page 2458] made pursuant to regulations 4 and 5 of the Health (Needles and Syringes) Regulations 1987.
