Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

1. Title and Commencement

(1) This notice may be cited as the Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of Eastland Network Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2023.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of publication.

2. Change of Name of Requiring Authority

The notice entitled Resource Management (Approval of Eastland Network Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2009, dated 20 October 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 October 2009, No. 157, page 3814), is hereby amended by replacing the name:

“Eastland Network Limited”

with

“Firstlight Network Limited”.
