Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

1. Title and Commencement

(1) This notice may be cited as the Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of Toll New Zealand Consolidated Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2023 (No.1).

(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of publication.

2. Change of Name of Requiring Authority

The notice entitled Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of New Zealand Rail Limited as Requiring Authority) Order 1992, dated 6 November 2006 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 November 2006, No. 159, page 4655, is hereby amended by replacing the name

“Toll New Zealand Consolidated Limited”

with

“KiwiRail Limited”.
