Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

1. Title and Commencement

(1) This notice may be cited as the Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of Taieri Gorge Railway Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2023.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of publication.

2. Change of Name of Requiring Authority

The notice entitled Resource Management (Approval of Taieri Gorge Railway Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1997, dated 24 March 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 April 1997, No. 30, page 742) is hereby amended by replacing the name

“Taieri Gorge Railway Limited”

with

“Dunedin Railways Limited”.
