Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 20 July 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Auckland City Council, in respect of Kauri Kids Clendon (25280) situated at 17 Palmers Road, Clendon, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
