The Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has appointed to the Governing Board of the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ):

Brian Watson, of Auckland

as a member for a term of three years commencing on 11 September 2023 and expiring on 10 September 2026; and reappointed

Debra Hall, of Auckland

as a member for a term of three years commencing on 11 September 2023 and expiring on 10 September 2026, and appointed Ms Hall as Vice Chair for a term of one year commencing on 11 September 2023 and expiring on 10 September 2024.

The appointments are made pursuant to Article 6 of the Australian Treaty Series 1998 No 16, Agreement between Australia and New Zealand concerning the Establishment of the Governing Board, Technical Advisory Council and Accreditation Review Board of the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand.
