Pursuant to section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, clause 2 of Schedule 2 of the Public Service Act 2020, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 15 September 2022, I hereby give notice that I have varied the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited to authorise the airline to operate capacity of up to 11 return own-aircraft services per week with any aircraft type.

The variation is effective 1 September 2023.
