Section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Under section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I vary the approval, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 January 2015, Issue No. 1, Notice No. 2015-go45, of Port Otago (located at Beach Street, Dunedin and operated by Port Otago Limited CN: 396195), as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft and cargo types subject to the limitations specified:

Limitations:

Port Otago is able to receive the following craft:

• Commercial Vessels
• Commercial Passenger Vessels
• Defence Force Craft

that are able to discharge the following risk good types:

• Containers and General Cargo
• Vehicles and machinery
• Bulk Cargo (non-approved systems)
• Passengers, Crew and their Personal Effects

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 38–42 Bowen Street, Wellington.
