Section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Under section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I vary the approval, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 March 2009, No. 35, page 938, of Marsden Cove Marina (located at Rauiri Drive, One Tree Point and operated by Marsden Maritime Holdings Limited CN: 389360), as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft and cargo types subject to the limitations specified:

Marsden Cove Marina is able to receive the following craft:

• Private Recreational Vessels

that are able to discharge the following risk good types:

• Passengers, Crew and their Personal Effects

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 38–42 Bowen Street, Wellington.
