Pursuant to schedule 7 clause 3 of the Public Service Act 2020, the Public Service Commissioner has appointed

Andrew Clark

to the position of Director-General of the Government Communications Security Bureau and Chief Executive, Government Communications Security Bureau from 30 October 2023 to 29 October 2028, following acceptance by the Governor-General of New Zealand in Council of the Public Service Commissioner’s recommendation.
