Pursuant to section 536(4) of the Education and Training Act 2020 (“Act”), I hereby appoint Fairway Resolution Limited to be responsible for administering the Domestic Tertiary Student and International Student Contract Dispute Resolution Scheme (“Scheme”) established under the Act.

This appointment is subject to the following condition: the operator must satisfy a review after 12 months that it is performing well and in accordance with the requirements of the Act and any rules of the Scheme made under section 539 of the Act.
