Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 2 May 2023, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to sections 242(1)(e) and 244 of the Act, that Nicholas Mark Kirkland be suspended from practice as a barrister and solicitor for twenty months commencing 16 May 2023.
