Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 6 December 2022, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to sections 242(1)(e) and 244 of the Act, that Patrick Kennelly be suspended from practice as a barrister and solicitor for two months from 19 December 2022.
