Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Diana Sarfati, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective immediately;

1. This notice shall be read together with the Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“notice”) published in New Zealand Gazette, 17 October 2013, No. 143, page 3909.
2. The notice is amended in respect of “MidCentral DHB”
1. by omitting the name and title
   “Raeleen Hinemoa Toia, Registered Nurse, of Wellington”,
2. and substituting the name and title
   “Dr Alison Masters, Psychiatrist, of Palmerston North”.
