Pursuant to Section 142Q of the Employment Relations Act 2000

On 27 January 2023, the Employment Court of New Zealand adjudged that Ravinder Kumar Arora be banned from entering into an employment agreement as an employer and otherwise being involved in the hiring or employment of employees for a period of twelve months from 27 February 2023.
