In the notice with the above title, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 June 2023, Notice No. 2023-go2824, in the first paragraph:

“the Director-General of Health is required to notify the maximum contribution”

is replaced by

“the Director-General of Health has determined the maximum contribution.”

In the first para after the table:

is replaced by

“https://www.health.govt.nz/publication/maximum-contribution-applying-each-territorial-local-authority-region-1-july-2023”
