Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 January 2021, which was granted under those regulations to Nichola Joyce, in respect of Saint Kentigern Preschool (45629) situated at 514 Remuera Road, Remuera, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
