Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 January 2023, which was granted under those regulations to The Rainbow Corner Educational Trust Queenstown Limited in respect of The Rainbow Corner Educational Trust Queenstown Limited (46934) situated at Five Mile Retail Centre, 30 Grant Road, Frankton, Queenstown.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
