Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 July 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Mt Albert Baptist Community Trust Board, in respect of Kids Forever Christian Preschool (20368) situated at 730 New North Road, Mount Albert, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
