Pursuant to section 37(1)(c) of the Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001 (“Act”), I, Ruihua Gu, Acting Group Manager, Quality Assurance and Safety, Regulatory Services – Te Pou Whakariterite Ratonga, Manatū Hauora - the Ministry of Health under the delegation of the Director-General of Health cancel the current designation of HealthShare Limited to audit the provision of health and disability services under the Act.

This cancellation takes effect from 14 August 2023.
