Pursuant to section 8 of the Health Research Council Act 1990, and section 28(1)(a) and clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has reappointed:

Professor Lester Levy as a non-researcher member and Chair for a three-year term

Professor Jeroen Douwes as a researcher member for a two-year term

and appointed

Professor Emma Wyeth as a researcher member for a three-year term

Baden Vertongen as a non-research member for a two-year term

Dr Lifeng Zhou as a non-researcher member for a two-year term

to the Health Research Council of New Zealand, commencing on 10 July 2023.
