In the notice with the above title, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 June 2023, Notice No. 2023-go2773, the first sentence:

“Pursuant to section 88 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, the Crown issues the following notice.”

is replaced by

“Pursuant to section 94 of the Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Act 2022, the Crown issues the following notice.”
