Pursuant to section 22 of the Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Act 2022, section 28(1)(a), and clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Associate Minister of Health has appointed for the Minister of Health, as per their delegated authority:

Kim Ngarimu as Deputy Chair for a three-year term

Ben Dalton as a member for a three-year term

Helmut Modlik as a member for a three-year term

to the Board of Te Aka Whai Ora – Māori Health Authority commencing on 10 July 2023; and reappointed:

Fiona Pimm as a member for a one-year term

to the Board of Te Aka Whai Ora – Māori Health Authority commencing on 10 July 2023.
