Pursuant to section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004, the Minister of Corrections gives the following notice.

This notice is the Corrections (Remarkables Park, Queenstown, Community Work Centre) Notice 2023.

2. Commencement

This notice takes effect from 12 July 2023.

3. 12 Hawthorne Drive, Remarkables Park, Queenstown, Community Work Centre

The land described in the Schedule is declared to be a community work centre to be known as the Remarkables Park, Queenstown, Community Work Centre.

Part of the building located at Level 2, 11 Dart House, 12 Hawthorne Drive, Remarkables Park Town Centre, Queenstown. On a parcel of land in the Otago Land District, being Lot 2 DP 536485, with the building being located in the south-eastern corner of the land parcel which is described in Record of Title 890844.
