Pursuant to section 9(1) of the Health and Disability Commissioner Act 1994 and 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Governor-General has reappointed

Jean Rosemary (Rose) Wall

as Deputy Health and Disability Commissioner for a two-year term of office commencing on 2 October 2023.
