Pursuant to section 24 of the Electricity Industry Act 2010, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed to the Electricity Industry Rulings Panel for terms commencing on 6 July 2023 and expiring on 5 July 2028:

Matthew Nicholas Dunning as a member; and

Paul Wedgewood Preston Webber as a member.

And reappointed for terms commencing on 6 July 2023 and expiring on 5 July 2028:

Melbourne John Orange as chair; and

Lee Athol Wilson as a member.
